Know what to expect before you call

How Our Network Works for Homeowners

Who will I talk to?

You will speak with an independent concrete provider from our network, or with the referral service that connects you to one. The provider is a local business. They do the work, set the price and stand behind it.

What happens on the call?

Keep it relaxed. Here is the usual flow:

  • You describe your project, such as a new driveway, a stamped patio or a walkway.
  • You share your address and a rough size.
  • You get connected to a provider who works in your area.
  • The provider may ask for photos or arrange a site visit.

No pressure and no obligation to book.

What should I ask a contractor?

Good questions make good concrete. Try these:

  • What base prep and thickness do you recommend for my soil and use?
  • How will you handle joints, drainage and reinforcement?
  • Can I see a written quote that lists materials and finish?
  • What sealing and curing steps do you suggest, and when can I drive or walk on it?
  • Are you licensed and insured where required?
  • Who will be on site, and about how long will the job take?
  • Do you also handle foundation repair, or should I look elsewhere if I see settling near the house?

Am I in control?

Yes, always. You can compare more than one quote, ask for time to think and say no. Costs vary by job, so a written quote is your safest guide. The provider, not Physicallymanaged Concrete, signs the agreement with you.
